Cual is your return policy?

For order discrepancies and damages, please email hola@chuza.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving your goods, and we'll work hard to make it right!

Cuando will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

My tracking reads delivered, but I still don't have it. Que hago?

Chuza is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by our delivery partners due to weather or other causes beyond our control. Email us at hola@chuza.com and we will do our best to work with you.

Envian outside of the US?

Right now, we only ship within the United States, but we want to bring Chuza to the world! If you want Chuza in your country, email us at hola@chuza.com or via our social channels.

Puedo change or cancel my order once its been placed?

Rapido! There is a small window before your package ships where we can edit or cancel your order. If you have made an error, contact us immediately at hola@chuza.com and we will try our best to help you!

Como update my subscription?

To update your subscription, just log in to your account and adjust! Under the tab, then next to each of the products you will be able to update. If you need help, email us!
